Ningbo Niway Semiconductor Co., LTD.was established in June 2019 in Beilun District, Ningbo City. Located at No. 16 Weishan Lake Road, USA Street, Beilun District, Ningbo, it has imported advanced semiconductor production equipment and the professional third-generation semi-technical team in China, with a total plant area of about 6000㎡, including a purification room of about 2000㎡, including material epitaxy workshop and device production workshop.
The company has gathered technical experts from mainland China, Japan and Taiwan who have been in the field of GaN for decades, as well as young talents such as doctors and masters. We have a three-level talent echelon with rich technology accumulation and continuous innovation ability. We have stable cooperation with universities and colleges outside Japan, Taiwan and Korea, and related enterprises. The company currently has 6 doctors, all of whom have overseas working experience, including 2 selected for national and provincial talent programs; has undertaken a "2025 key research and development" project in Ningbo; has applied for 19 patents, of which 2 invention patents and 3 utility model patents have been granted.
